Article 3: Validity of the order  

The consumer acknowledges being fully informed that his agreement regarding the content of these general conditions does not require a handwritten signature. Any order validated by the consumer on the website  de facto implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

When confirming your order, you declare that you accept the content thereof as well as all of these general conditions of sale fully and without reservation. You will then receive an email confirming your order, specifying the exact amount you will be billed and the delivery terms. This acknowledgment of receipt constitutes acceptance of your order and will validate the transaction.

Article 4: Rules  

Payment for your purchases on the site is made by credit card via a secure payment platform, or PayPal.

Article 5: Return  

If the product does not meet your request, you can return it in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt. You can opt for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs), however if the product is returned because of our responsibility, we will refund the amount of your order, including shipping costs. This will be done by bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of your request and in accordance with the above terms.

Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the conformity of the products received. Any defect concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package) must be notified on the same day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following receipt to the Customer Service of Alhena Bijoux by mail (postmarked proof. ) or by email.

Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and Alhena Bijoux will be released from any liability. Alhena Bijoux reserves the right to claim the return of the defective product. If all the aforementioned conditions are met, we will either exchange or refund the defective product (s), or re-ship the missing product (subject to the merits of the request).

Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.

The products on sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable except in the event of a major defect of the product.

Article 6: Terms of delivery

The products can be delivered worldwide, to the address of your choice, in accordance with the information you have provided to us. Alhena Bijoux declines all responsibility in the event of a delay or absence of delivery due to the transmission of erroneous or incomplete elements concerning the delivery address that you have indicated to us. You will be delivered within an average of 3 to 15 days depending on the destination from the validation of your order by Alhena Bijoux. Delivery  free from 75 € of purchase by standard mail without tracking number.   

Article 7: Intellectual property

All the elements, brands, designs, models, logos, music, graphics. etc. appearing on the Site

s are the exclusive property of the brand or its suppliers, the latter granting no license or any right other than that of consulting the Site. The reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes are expressly prohibited. Any other use constitutes an infringement and is punishable under Intellectual Property.
